Princess Sabbirah, only daughter and heir to Caliph Labon of <a href="?title=Peskrian">Peskrian</a>, has led a privileged, wild and blod-thirsty upbringing.</p><p> Now at the age of twenty-seven, she heads the state's secret police, who have developed from the remainder of the Vizeer's Special Troops that were stationed on the island at the <a href="?title=Fall of Empire">Fall of Empire</a>.</p><p> Like the troops themselves, Sabbirah is rumoured to have impressive powers at her disposal, she is thought to be a very powerful Hakima.</p><p> Feared throughout the land, it is often told (under hushed breath) that she once slaughtered all the women and female children of a village after one man scorned her advances - because he was already married and devoted to his wife. The wife was amongst those slaughtered, since no-one in the village would reveal to whom the man was married, the men and boys of the village were all subsequently indentured into service as eunuchs. The head of the man himself, it is said, now adorns the bedroom of the Princess as warning to any future lovers of the Princess to be loyal and faithful.
